Garland County Title Company has been in business since 1998. Our title plant and escrow software is the highest of industry standards and our title plant's records date to Garland County's earliest public records.
We are located near historic Hot Springs at 403 Ouachita Avenue, one block from the Garland County Courthouse. We provide a full line of title insurance, closing and escrow services for residential, commercial and agricultural property transactions.
Steve DeMott, Attorney at Law
Chief Operating Officer, Garland County Title Company
Steve DeMott is an Iowa native who attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville for his undergraduate and law degree. He has been active in the title insurance business since 1978. In addition to his legal practice and title company ownership, Steve also has an extensive banking background having served as CEO of a community bank and Chief Operating Officer of a multi-bank holding company.
Carol Sikorski
Senior Vice President & Escrow Officer
Carol Sikorski, Senior Vice President and Escrow Officer, is a native of Hot Springs, Arkansas and is a graduate of Henderson State University. She has been in the banking, mortgage and title business for more than 30 years. Carol has handled many large and complex commercial transactions as well as thousands of residential transactions.
Garland County Title Company is an agent for two of the largest and financially strongest title insurance underwriters, Stewart Title Guaranty Company and First American Title Insurance Company.
